Welcome to WILDSKY. The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of and access to our services, which include but are not limited to astrological consultations, flower essence therapy, coaching, creative mentoring, and workshops.

By booking or participating in any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

1. Services Provided

Our Services are intended to offer personal insight, guidance, and holistic support. While we aim to provide valuable and meaningful experiences, our Services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By engaging with us, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Client Responsibility

You agree that any decisions or actions you take based on our Services are your sole responsibility. You acknowledge that our Services are complementary and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Astrological consultations, flower essence therapy, coaching, and creative mentoring are not medical treatments. Our practitioners are not licensed healthcare providers unless otherwise explicitly stated. Do not discontinue or delay any prescribed medical treatment or professional therapy based on our Services.

5. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled or refunded.

- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

- No refunds are given for missed sessions or after Services have been rendered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methods used or provided in our Services are the intellectual property of WILDSKY unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing Services and is never shared without your consent, except as required by law. Please see our separate Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your participation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. For international users, you agree that any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction in accordance with conflict-of-law principles.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or direct communication. Continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
